Chamberlain takes Modified checkered flag at Montpelier Motor Speedway
With no Late Model racing scheduled for the weekend, Tristan Chamberlain debuted a brand-new CDR Modified on Saturday evening for the John Halsey Memorial at Montpelier (Ind.) Motor Speedway.
Chamberlain went third-to-first in his heat race which put him on the second-row of the 20-lap main event. Tristan led all but the first two laps en route to his first UMP Modified victory of the season. He took home a $876 payday over Dylan Woodling and Zeke McKenzie.
