Chamberlain caps off World of Outlaws weekend with seventh-place finish at Nodak Speedway
As the four-day swing was shortened to a third-day swing because of lingering wet weather, Tristan Chamberlain and the HW Gibson Racing team kicked off their week on Friday afternoon at River Cities Speedway (Grand Forks, N.D.).
With just over 30 World of Outlaw entries checked in, Chamberlain finished third in a heat race and recorded a 16th-place outing in the 40-lap feature. Tristan finished slightly better at Norman County Raceway (Ada, Minn.) on Saturday in 13th, but saved his best run for Sunday evening at Nodak Speedway (Minot, N.D.) as he started from the fifth-row and finished seventh in the $15,000-to-win feature.
