Tristan Chamberlain suffers rough flip at Swainsboro Raceway with Outlaws
Following the World of Outlaws Late Model Series to Georgia, Tristan Chamberlain was one of the 42 Late Models checked in at Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway on Friday afternoon for the first night of the Battle at the Crossroads.
After finishing third in his heat race, Chamberlain started ninth in the 35-lap feature before he clipped the inside tractor tire which sent him over on his lid. Tristan was unhurt and was scored 24th in the feature.
The HW Gibson Racing team pulled out the backup car and recorded a 19th-place finish in the weekend finale on Saturday.
Chamberlain is currently 16th in the World of Outlaw Point Standings.
