Tristan Chamberlain wraps up season with visit to The Dome at America's Center
Making his debut at the Gateway Dirt Nationals, Tristan Chamberlain and the HW Gibson team rolled into The Dome at America's Center (St. Louis, Mo.) on Thursday afternoon for Tristan's preliminary night.
With a stacked 66-car field on hand for night one, Chamberlain laid down a quick lap in his qualifying group but fell backwards to sixth in his heat race. Tristan started 11th in his B-Main and finished seventh which was short of the A-Main.
Coming back on Saturday evening, Tristan made up a few spots in his qualifier and gave himself a chance in the Win and You're In race. Chamberlain came up a few spots short of the victory and did not make the $30,000 finale.
